Many client needs are complex and people may be unable to see workable solutions. Our trained staff work with clients to clarify their needs, identify helpful resources and assist the client in developing a plan to contact resources and determine next steps.

Follow-up is also provided to assure that people have been connected with the right help to meet their needs. If referrals did not result in resolving their original needs, or if new needs are identified during the follow-up, the staff member provides further assistance to help the person find a solution.
